In this article, there are all the different vowels and how they evolved in Scots. Similarily to Nysassiske Skryvwyse, one could distinguish these vowels in the script by known orthographic methods and also introducing some newer conventions like <í> for <ee> and <ȝ> to show independence from English and also to use own methods.
